TYLER ROSS

Chief Executive Officer

Mr. Ross has 18 years of capital market work experience. He has been involved in every stage of business development from inception through to exit. Mr. Ross has worked with many successful public companies, including Fronteer Gold, which went on to sell its asset to Newmont for $2.5-billion. Mr. Ross was also a consultant to Fission Uranium, which was a uranium discovery in the prolific Athabasca basin that went on to be sold to Denison for $80-million. Mr. Ross was also a consultant to Mira Resources, a Nigerian junior oil exploration company. Mr. Ross was also responsible for finding and financing Tranzeo Wireless from its seed round financing until its eventual initial public offering to the senior Toronto Stock Exchange at over $1.50 per share.

Most recently Mr. Ross was involved in spear heading the initial loan and financing for prime mining. A near term gold producer in Mexico. With 1mm oz of gold with significant upside potential.

Mr. Paterson has over eight years experience in the venture capital and private equity markets as a strategic investor, builder and operator. Mr. Paterson has helped oversee the acquisition, growth and management of assets across a broad spectrum of industries, including health and wellness, food and beverage, Internet marketing, mezzanine lending, CBD (cannabidiol) manufacturing, and resource development. 

Mr. Paterson has directly participated in raising over $50-million of growth capital in the private sector. His recent successes include being a significant partner in the bridge loan and go-public financing for Prime Mining Corp. (PRYM). As Mr. Paterson continues to expand his reach into the commodity sector, he is now focusing on building long-term wealth in quality companies with strong brands and dynamic leadership.

Mr. Agahi is a performance-driven executive offering seven years of comprehensive achievements as a consultant. From 2015-2017, Ehsan consulted with biotech labs and gained exposure to various scientific research fields. Mr. Agahi has been involved in the capital markets for the past 4 years as an advisor, and also as a director, for various private companies. 

Ehsan is experienced in a range of corporate transactions including acquisitions, mergers, takeovers and financings; his specialty being the effective delivery of the due diligence process. During this time, he helped create $1.5+ Billion in increased value for Canadian public companies by posing them as investment opportunities for a group of high net-worth individuals and entities.”

As a Partner at Daily Hive, Kyle managed day-to-day sales operations, strategic partnerships and new business development, Kyle personally secured over $10M in revenue— leading Daily Hive to become recognized as one of Canada’s Top Ten Fastest Growing Marketing and Media Companies by Canadian Business. With his exceptional knack for strategy and building infrastructure, Kyle facilitated growth in other areas of the company as well; actively participating in the expansion of five employees locally to over 100 nationally.

With over 20 years in commercial and industrial work experience, crossing jurisdictions in both Canada and Australia. Ryan has had the pleasure of working for such internationally recognized firms such as Flour, ABB, SNC Lavalin, Kellog Brown&Root, Halliburton, ConocoPhillips, BHP, Ledcor and PCL. His primary roles were leadership and management for both mining and petroleum chemical industries. Where he supervised and instructed workers in fast-paced and high demand quality controlled environments where budgets and safety are primary concerns. 

Mr. Polutnik has vast experience in predicting market trends and capital raising that range from property development to private equity.
